Jack of many trades, but mainly messer, therapist & pizza chef

It’s complicated, don’t even know where to start…
Almost 2 decades ago he left the shores of Italy to live in Ireland and bring the sunshine with him!
Do not ask him what he thinks of pineapple on pizzas when he cooks for you, coz you’ll go hungry!

We would be completely lost without the Gaffer, professional trouble shooter and trouble maker at the same time!

Piebald Pony and Grey Mini Pony

These little mares are good friends who like to watch all the activity at Inch Hideaway. They are very sensitive to sugar in their diet, so we are careful about how we feed them.

Shadow

Reception & Food Quality Control Officer

Shadow is allegedly the fastest 3 legged lercher in the world. Her main duties are sleeping, welcoming guests, running super fast and eating any food that is left unattended on the grounds!

Doris

Composting Operations Director

Doris is our 12 year old rescue pot belly pig. Her tail is always wagging with happiness.
She’s in charge of all the food composting operations on site. You can feed her food scraps but not raw potatoes, brassicas (broccoli/cauliflower etc), aliums (onions/leeks) or lemons and oranges.

Worm Control Team

Some of the chicken are rescued and some of them have been adopted and they all live in the Los Pollos Hermanos house, providing some of the freshest eggs in East Cork!
